/RO: Sâmbătă, 10 februarie, ora 20.00, are loc premiera NOK!NOK!, un performance despre pierdere, care pornește de la romanul „Anul gândirii magice”, de Joan Didion.

Nicoleta Lefter și Flavia Giurgiu își vor pune la bătaie istoriile personale legate de sfârșit – al unei etape de viață, al unui om apropiat, al unei povești de iubire. Mărturiile, combinate cu povestea scriitoarei, muzică contemporană și video live, devin pretextul unei meditații personale față de final.

Acest performance face parte din Programul de Arte Performative de la MNAC, coordonat de Ioana Păun și va avea reprezentații regulate pe parcursul anului 2018. Spectacolul are loc doar în limba română.

/EN: Saturday, February 10, 8 PM: Premiere of the performance about loss “NOK!NOK!”, a free adaptation of „The Year of Magical Thinking”, by Joan Didion.

Nicoleta Lefter and Flavia Giurgiu created a performance in which they expose their personal histories that talk about the end – of a period in life, of somebody close, of a love story. Together with the writer’s story, as well as live contemporary music and video, these produce a self-reflective effect regarding our own stance towards the End.

The project is part of the MNAC Bucharest Performing Arts Programme, coordinated by Ioana Păun and will be presented regularly throughout 2018. This performance takes place only in Romanian.

Tickets are available online, as well as at the door, on the night of the event.
