București: Zece La Rece ft. Enescu & the gang

Ahhh, în sfârșit au venit zile mai bune. S-ar putea să te simți ca mine într-o după-masă de duminică. Știi tu, după-amiezile alea în care cel mai firesc lucru este să strângi pe toată lumea în grădină și să lași soarele să te umple cu toată serotonina de care ai nevoie ca să fii relaxat și fericit. Ei bine, de data asta am făcut rost de o grădină mai mare, așa încât să încăpeți cu toții.

Stai așa, stai așa – lasa-mă să îți explic mai multe despre ce surprize vă vor aștepta: în primul rând, sunt convins că o să ți se facă foame de prânz, cină și gustarea de dintre, așa că readucem Simbio-mobilul și mâncarea lor gustoasă cât pentru toată familia. Însă de data asta vom adăuga ceva exotic (așa am ajuns să vorbesc!) – deliciile taiwaneze, fierbinți, aduse de Bao Van. Poate că ai avut șansa să încerci Bao-ul lor gustos în weekendurile la FIX… Am spus FIX? Da, bineînțeles, când vine vorba de cocktailuri unice presărate cu ierburi, FIX me a drink preiau controlul și vin cu rețetele lor magice în aer liber. Ești mai degrabă pe bere? În regulă, atunci Ground Zero Beer se va instala în grădină, cu berile lor artizanale făcute vis-a-vis. La fel de auriu și prețios, Alan Clarks de la Clarks Cider te va servi cu cidrul lui făcut cu dragoste în Carpați. În final, pentru cei care nu au reușit să se trezească de tot, indiferent de ce oră e, Dose Cafe vor aduce cafeaua lor de specialitate, împreună cu selecția lor de cold brews.

Și acum sonosfera: într-un loc precum grădina lui Enescu, nu am avut de ales și am adus un ‘connaiseur’ și iubitor de muzică în prezența lui TZUC. El va avea grijă să creeze atmosfera, tranziționând de la wake-up mood pâna la ultima bere.
Și asta nu e tot. Crede-mă sau nu, dar am fost trezit în miezul nopții de ceea ce părea să fie stafia lui Enescu. Se plângea de faptul că nu există muzică de pian live. Automat, l-am sunat (și trezit) pe Cristian Radu. După câteva discuții, totul s-a stabilit: tipul nostru îl va întrerupe pe Tzuc pentru un moment și va performa în grădină o selecție secretă numai de el știută.

Așadar, în câteva cuvinte: o zi însorită de duminică, de la 11:00-22:00, stat la palavre & flirtat, cu o porție de mâncare bună & băuturi artizanale, asezonate cu un strat de muzică bună permanentă, servite cu zâmbete în curtea Muzeului George Enescu. Ne vedem acolo, să încheiem săptămâna cum se cuvine.

Ahhh, finally came the good days. You might be feeling like me on a lazy Sunday afternoon. You know those afternoon where the most obvious thing to do, is to round up everyone in the garden, and let the sun fill you up with all the serotonin you need to keep you happy and relaxed. Well this time we found a slightly bigger garden, to make sure all of you can come.

Wait wait, let me tell you a bit more about who will be waiting for you there: First, since I know you will be hungry at brunch time, dinner time (and in-between at snack time), we’re bringing back the Simbio-mobile and their delicious food fit for the whole family. But this time we add a touch of exoticism (look how am I talking…) with the Taiwanese delights coming in hot with the Bao Van! Maybe you had the chance to try their tasty Bao on week-ends at FIX… Did I say FIX? Well of course, when it comes to herbal unique cocktails, FIX me a drink take a step in the sun and bring their magic recipes out in the open. More of a beer drinker? Alright then, Ground Zero Beer will also set base in the garden, with their craft beer made just next door. Also golden and precious, Alan Clarks from Clarks Cider will serve you his hand-crafted Cider made with love in the Carpathians. Finally. for those who did not manage to wake up properly, whatever’s the time of the day, Dose Cafe will bring their warm specialty coffee, as well as their refreshing and finest cold brew.

And now for the soundscape: In a place like Enescu’s court yard, we had no other choice than bringing a ‘connaiseur’ and music lover, in the presence of TZUC. He will take care of setting the mood from the moment you slowly wake up, to your last drink of the night.
And that’s not it. Believe me or not, but I was woken up in the middle of the night by what seems to have been the ghost of Enescu. He was regretting the absence of live Piano. Instantly, I called (and woke up) Cristian Radu. After a few discussions it was settled: Our man here will interupt Tzuc for a bit, and perform in the garden a selection that only he holds the secret.

So in a few words:
A sunny Sunday from 11 to 22 of socializing, flirting & chit-chatting, with a good portion of tasty food & craft drinks, seasoned by a continuous layer of good music, served with a smile in the courtyard of the Enescu Museum. See you there to end the week properly.�
