Jesús Algovi, Juan Sebastián González și José María Larrondo sunt profesori universitari în domeniul artelor plastice, preocupați de planurile și modele pe care istoria artei le oferă, surse unice și cvasi-inepuizabile ce dau legitimitate trecutului omenirii; acestea sunt aspectele ce oferă artiștilor dialogul esențial în creația lucrărilor, delimitând câmpuri de noi posibilități pentru privitor.
Operele realizate de cei trei artiști spanioli se încadrează în categoria definită de Umberto Eco în termenii de „lucrări deschise”, care emit un mesaj fundamental generic, cu o multitudine de sensuri perfect compatibile. Acestea câmpuri de posibilități se reflectă în plasticitatea și dinamismul structurilor, îngăduind manifestarea unui context de forțe interactive care își modifică, în permanență, scopul inițial. Sunt lucrări ce reinvestesc imediat datele venite din exterior, în sensuri noi, în mesaje noi, pentru observator. Totul joacă în favoarea unor percepții subiective, mutante și capricioase: spațiul, în care este percepută opera, schimbările de lumină, contaminarea vizuală sau acustică la care este supusă fiecare lucrare, în funcție de mediul înconjurător.

Jesús Algovi, Juan Sebastián González and José María Larrondo are university professors in the field of fine arts, concerned with the plans and models that art history offers, unique and quasi-inexhaustible sources that give legitimacy to humanity’s past; these are the aspects that provide the artists with the essential dialogue in the creation of the works, delimiting fields of new possibilities for the viewer.
The works by the three Spanish artists fall within the category defined by Umberto Eco in terms of „open works”, which emit a fundamental generic message, with a multitude of perfectly compatible meanings. These fields of possibilities are reflected in the plasticity and dynamism of the structures, allowing the manifestation of a context of interactive forces that permanently changes their initial purpose.
There are works that immediately reinvest the data from the outside, in new senses, in new messages, for the observer. Everything plays in favor of subjective, mutant and capricious perceptions: the space in which the work is perceived, the changes of light, the visual or acoustic contamination to which each work is subjected, depending on the environment.
