Simpozionul Național „Bucătăria între necesitate și artă”

Muzeul Național Brukenthal, prin Secția Muzeul de Istorie Casa Altemberger, organizează simpozionul anual pe teme de istorie, în acest an dedicat tematicii bucătăriei (din perspectivă muzeografică și arheologică), 2019 fiind marcat de evenimentul Sibiul Regiune Gastronomică Europeană.
Participă cercetători și muzeografi din Sibiu, Cluj Napoca, Alba Iulia, Oradea, Timișoara, Făgăraș, Bistrița, Târgoviște, Rm. Vâlcea.
În cadrul simpozionului vor avea loc următoarele vernisaje:
_Vernisajul expoziției „Ocolul Pâmântului în 120 + șahuri” (Muzeul de Istorie, 17.05, orele 15:00)
_Vernisajul expoziției permanente „Ionel Pop” (Muzeul Cinegetic „August von Spiess”, 18.05, orele 14:00)

Brukenthal National Museum, through the Altemberger House Museum of History, organizes the annual symposium on history themes, this year dedicated to the theme of cuisine (from a museum and archaeological perspective), 2019 being marked by the Sibiu European Gastronomic Region event.
Are participating researchers and museographers from Sibiu, Cluj Napoca, Alba Iulia, Oradea, Timișoara, Făgăraș, Bistrița, Târgovişte, Rm. Vâlcea.
The following openings will be held as part of the symposium:
_The opening of the exhibition „Around the World in 120 + Chess games” (Museum of History, 17.05, 3:00 pm)
_“Ionel Pop” permanent exhibition opening (“August von Spiess” Hunting Museum, 18.05, 2:00 pm)
